The Flexwell copper line is cleaned with a mobile high-pressure water unit. The trailer model is particularly flexible and space-saving. With the switchable heater for hot water application, it is perfect for removing oil residues and possible deposits.
After the pipes have dried, the seamless inner coating is applied to the pipe system. The application is carried out in a vacuum process. Our material with the special composition protects the Flexwell copper line and makes it extremely mechanically and chemically resilient.

The solvent-free tank coating system offers the optimal solution for your application. It can be applied without primer and convinces with easy processing and high layer thicknesses of up to 500 µm in just one work step.
Due to the high resistance and adhesive strength, as well as the natural expansion and contraction, our coating is maintenance-free. The quality of the coating system has been tested and confirmed by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
Digging up and replacing the old pipeline using the cut-and-cover method and all the associated restrictions are avoided. The petrol station can continue to operate without any major disruptions. In most cases, it is not even necessary to remove the petrol pump.
